Use of the Eastern Hills Friends Meetinghouse
The Eastern Hills Friends Meetinghouse is open for use by any group that helps our community grow in ways that reflect God's love at work.
We have two large rooms available. One holds about 45 chairs and the other is mostly open space. Additionally, we have smaller "conference" rooms available.
Off-street parking is adjacent to the building.
The meeting house entrances are handicapped-accessible, and there is a family-style bathroom with wide doors.
Please respect our desire to keep our meetinghouse and meetinghouse grounds smoke-free and alcohol-free environments.
Our building does not have a kitchen for preparing food. You are welcome to bring your food that requires no preparation in the building.
We do not have a janitorial staff; maintaining the meetinghouse, and keeping it clean is a responsibility that falls on Meeting members. Please help us by:
> collecting and removing garbage
> turning off all lights
> closing all windows and shades
> replacing all furniture to the original place
> locking doors when you leave
Any materials your group needs must be taken with you; we do not have storage facilities available.
To request use of the facility contact use by leaving a message on the meeting phone answering machine, 513-474-9670, or through the contact information on this website.
We ask that a group using the meetinghouse consider making a donation to the Eastern Hills Meeting to help defray the expenses incurred by that use.
Checks may be made payable to:
Eastern Hills Friends Meeting
and sent to the Treasurer, PO Box 54565, Cincinnati, OH 45254.
Thank you for your cooperation. We hope that our meetinghouse has served your group's needs well.
